1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Reclaim website, Reclaim app, or Reclaim | One app (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

Personalised training recommendations (Reclaim | One)
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in the Services constitutes:

Therapeutic treatment

Diagnosis

Clinical care
-
Emergency services
You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme or making changes to your health routine.
4. No Medical Relationship
Use of the Services does not create:

A doctor-patient relationship

A therapist-client relationship
-
A clinical relationship of any kind
Reclaim and its founder are not acting as your healthcare provider.
5. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that:

Physical exercise involves inherent risks

Injury, illness, or adverse reactions may occur

Emotional reflection exercises may surface discomfort
By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You agree that participation is at your sole discretion and risk.
6. AI & Adaptive Technology Disclosure
Reclaim | One may use algorithmic logic, automated systems, or artificial intelligence technologies to generate personalised recommendations based on user-provided inputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated recommendations are informational only

Recommendations may not account for all personal health variables

Outputs are based solely on the accuracy of information you provide

No guarantee of accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes is made
You remain solely responsible for determining whether any recommendation is appropriate for you.
Reclaim makes no representations that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or medically validated.
7. No Guarantees of Results
Individual results may vary.
Reclaim does not guarantee:

Specific physical outcomes

Strength improvements
-
Body composition changes
-
Emotional outcomes
-
Performance improvements
All outcomes depend on numerous variables outside the control of the Services.
8. User Responsibility
You agree to:

Provide accurate information during onboarding

Modify or discontinue activity if discomfort occurs

Seek medical advice when appropriate

Use good judgment when following guidance
You are solely responsible for your actions and health decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Reclaim, its founder, affiliates, contractors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

Illness or medical complications

Emotional distress

Loss of income

Loss of data
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by you to the Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
If you have not made any payment, liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reclaim and its representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:

Your health decisions

Your misuse of the Services
11. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree:

Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or designated payment providers

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
-
Cancellation must be managed through your store account
-
Refunds are governed solely by the platform’s refund policies
Reclaim does not control third-party billing policies.
12. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms

You misuse the Services
-
Your conduct exposes the platform to legal risk
13. Intellectual Property
All content, programming structures, branding, adaptive logic, app interfaces, and materials within the Services are proprietary intellectual property.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
14. Privacy & Data
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You consent to data collection and processing as described therein.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration

Class action participation is waived
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or life-threatening condition, contact your local emergency provider immediately.
The Services are not intended for crisis intervention.
